SELECTION OF WINNER: Immediately after the Entry Period ends, Valley Bank will conduct a drawing to randomly select ONE (1) winner from all eligible entries originating from Facebook and LinkedIn. The date and time of the drawing will be determined by Valley Bank in its discretion. The odds of being selected to win depends upon the number of entries received.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION: A Women in Business gift set including the highlighted book and branded accessories will be awarded to the winner and their TWO (2) friends tagged. Prize holds no actual cash value and may not be exchanged.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNING: Winner will be notified by Valley Bank’s Women in Business Facebook or LinkedIn social account. Upon notification, the winner has FIVE (5) business days to claim their prize by sending an email to SocialMedia@Valley.com including the winner and their TWO (2) tagged friends full name and shipping addresses prior to receiving the prize(s). Failure to respond within FIVE (5) business days may result in disqualification, forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner.
