Valley ranks among the global elite in learning and development

WAYNE, NJ — February 25, 2020 – Valley Bank recognized in Training Magazine’s 2020 Training Top 125. The Training Top 125 is a worldwide ranking of organizations that excel at training and human capital development. Awards were distributed at the Training Top 125 Awards Gala on Monday February 24, 2020. Sabine Salvatore, Valley’s Director of Learning and Development and Jon Hess, FVP of Learning and Development were in attendance to accept the award. “It’s an honor to be able to accept this award on behalf of Valley Bank’s Human Resources-Learning and Development team,” Sabine remarked. “Everything our programs have put forth to help our associates acquire new skills, learn and grow have empowered them. We’re really proud of what we’ve accomplished.”
