Valley Bank Honored by ADP with Innovation@Work Award

Valley BankWayne, N.J. - Wednesday, April 3, 2019 - Valley National Bank today announced it has received the 2019 Innovation@Work Award for its commitment to driving workplace innovation from ADP®, a leading global technology company providing human capital management (HCM) solutions. Valley is being recognized for its dedication to implementing the latest technology to engage employees and enhance the employee experience.  Over the past year, the bank has adopted multiple HCM solutions and most recently the ADP Mobile Solutions App, giving its staff the ability to be more efficient, flexible and also empower them to access their HCM needs on the go.

This was one of five awards presented at the ADP Meeting of the Minds conference to select large employers that demonstrate excellence in HCM and lead change in workplace innovation. ADP selected the winners with input from independent industry experts, who provided an objective analysis of best practices and HCM technologies.
