Coming this summer, there will be changes to Bill Pay. 


Improvements to our bill-pay service will make it easier for customers to add multiple billers, make instantaneous payments and receive confirmations and statements all in one place. This means you no longer have to visit a dozen biller websites every month to keep up with your bills.

Nothing! Platform changes will be automatic, so there is nothing you need to do but continue using Bill Pay. We will notify you through Valley communication channels when changes are about to occur and when the new Bill Pay platform is live.

Bill Pay FAQs

  • Will my existing biller and payment data transfer to the new platform?

    Yes, your existing payees will automatically transfer to your new Bill Pay dashboard on your first time logging in after Valley converts to the new platform. In the rare occurrence that an electronic payee doesn’t successfully transfer, that payee will appear on screen for you to link to one of BillGO’s 15,000+ billers. 

  • Will the payment process for eBills change?

    For most eBills, there’s no change to the payment process. However, for billers like utilities and credit cards, customers will not be able to make recurring variable payments since the amount can fluctuate each month. We are working to provide this functionality by Fall of 2022. 

    We do offer a temporary workaround:

    • You can schedule recurring payment for a little over your minimum or typical balance due monthly. Utility billers, based on their preference, will apply a credit to your future payment or initiate a partial electronic return. Once the biller informs Valley that a partial return payment is owed to you, your account will be refunded within several business days.  

  • How do I add billers/payees in Bill Pay?

    1) Log into your online banking account. 2) Set up billers/payees. 3) Link your account username and password to the billers’ website and/or add any payees manually. 4)Start paying your bills!  

  • How can I track my payments in Bill Pay?

    We’ve made it easier than ever to track payment history! Once you begin making payments on the new platform, you can track your payment trends on the biller’s detail page. 

  • Can I edit my future dated payments?

    Yes, you can edit your payment up until 11:59pm EST on the day before your scheduled payment date. Once the bill has moved to the PROCESSING state, you are no longer able to make changes to the date.  

  • What payment types can I choose when paying billers in Bill Pay?

    You will see the option to pay your billers electronically or via check. When paying electronically, you have the option to link to several thousand major billers who accept real-time payments. If an electronic biller does not accept real-time payments, your payment will still be processed within 1-2 days. Check payments to billers will be processed within 5 business days.
