A Simplified Approach to Construction Financing

Working as a team with you and your builder, we will assess your plans, timetables and all costs associated with your new home to find the financing option that’s right for you.

Then in contrast to most other banks, if approved, we will offer you the certainty and convenience that you require through THE POWER OF ONE. That means ONE LOAN with ONE INTEREST RATE covering the construction phase and permanent phase of your mortgage, and ONE CLOSING that takes place at the beginning of the process.

With THE POWER OF ONE, you don’t have to be reassessed and re-stressed once your loan is approved because everything is spelled out upfront. You will make interest only payments during the construction phase and principal and interest payments during the permanent phase of the loan. Lastly, you work with an experienced partner who has a vested interest in the timely delivery of your new home.
