Program is available for 1-4 family, owner-occupied homes and Veterans Administration (VA) approved condominiums. As of 11/2/2018, a sample $300,000, 30 year fixed-rate conforming mortgage with a 0% down payment has an APR of 5.023% with a monthly P & I payment of $1,610 plus a $6,450 VA funding fee. A 0% down payment requires a 2.15% VA Funding Fee for first time use which can be included in the loan amount. If the funding fee is included as part of the loan, the APR would be 5.044% and the monthly P & I payment would increase to $1,645. Other down payment options are available. Maximum loan amounts vary by state and county. APRs are subject to change without notice and may be different for loans that exceed the conforming loan limits (i.e. Jumbo Loans).
