With THE POWER OF ONE, you don’t have to be reassessed and re-stressed once your loan is approved because everything is spelled out upfront. You will make interest only payments during the construction phase and principal and interest payments during the permanent phase of the loan. Lastly, you work with an experienced partner who has a vested interest in the timely delivery of your new home.
