When you open an account, we must ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also request your driver's license or other identifying documents, even if you currently maintain a banking relationship with us. Valley My Loyalty Checking: Minimum opening balance of $100. $25 monthly maintenance fee will be incurred if a Valley mortgage is not retained and if three monthly recurring online bill payments or a recurring qualifying direct deposit of $750 or greater are not set up or if an average monthly balance of $1,000 is not maintained. *To receive the $250 reward, a Valley mortgage is required along with three recurring online bill payments or recurring qualifying direct deposit of  $750 or more within 90 days of account opening. Qualifying Direct Deposit is defined as a recurring payroll direct deposit or electronic deposit of pension or government benefits such as Social Security. Cash reward will be deposited into the checking account within 90 days of account opening and may be IRS reportable. Limit of one cash reward per customer. Offer only valid for existing residential mortgage customers without a Valley checking account and cannot be combined with any other offer.
