  • How Do I Sign Up for My Mortgage?

    Reach out to your Valley Home Loan Consultant and they will email you or text you the link. Or you can click here to start your application and wait for a Home Loan Consultant to reach out to you or you can click here.

  • What phones do you support?

    My Mortgage is compatible with all iOS operating systems and android operating systems version 5.0 and newer.

  • How do I send documents through the system?

    Depending on the file size, you have the option of scanning or uploading your documents to My Mortgage. Documents can be processed faster when they are submitted directly through My Mortgage, but Valley will also continue to accept documents via fax, mail, or in person drop off outside of My Mortgage, if you prefer.

  • How do I sign documents?

    Through Valley My Mortgage app, you can securely e-sign your most documents outside the physical closing.
