A: In general, the international fees associated with international debit card transactions are as follows:
- A 3% international service fee is assessed of all international transactions, regardless of whether there is currently a conversion associated with the transaction.
- A $5 fee is assessed on international ATM and a $3 point-of-sale transactions fee for which your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is used to authorize the transaction.
