By pressing Submit, I am requesting an additional deferral of my monthly Auto Loan payment and I agree that I have read the information below.

Valley Bank will contact you with confirmation of our decision.

If your request is granted, the maturity date for your loan will be extended by the number of months your loan payments are deferred. Further, please note that the final payment amount due on the maturity date of your loan may be greater than your regularly scheduled monthly payment amount due to the accrual of additional interest during the deferral period. We will notify you in writing of the amount of your final payment prior to the new maturity date.

Please note that interest will continue to accrue on the principal balance of your loan during the deferral period and, as a result of the payment deferral and extension of the maturity date of your loan, you will pay more interest over the life of your loan than the amount indicated on your original retail installment contract. This will occur because no payments will be made to the principal balance during the deferral period. When you resume making monthly payments, your payments will be applied to the interest that accrued during the deferral period before they are applied to the outstanding principal balance of your loan. We will report your loan as current during the payment deferral period.
